Join CG Spectrum's Dept. Head of 3D Modeling Bryan Bentley (Transformers 4, Pacific Rim, The Golden Compass), during our free discovery session to learn what 3D modeling entails, how it's used in film and games, and how to create a 3D game prop using industry-standard software AutoDesk Maya!
Maya is a 3D software commonly used by 3D modelers to create stylized or realistic digital 3D characters, sets, vehicles, and props for film, TV, games, virtual reality, product design, and more!
During this Discovery Session, Bryan will demonstrate how a 3D ray gun prop (called the CGS Zapper!) would get built in the industry, working step-by-step through the modeling processes used in film and games.
Plus, there'll be a chance to ask questions during our Q&A!
