This entity is established as an Australian Proprietary Company, limited by shares with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and governed by the company’s Articles of Association.
CG Spectrum College Pty Ltd is registered with the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) as an approved higher education provider (Provider Number: PRV 12023)
TEQSA accreditation and registration falls under the Tertiary Education Quality Standards Agency Act 2011.
CG Spectrum Institute is authorised to deliver courses at levels 5, 7 and 8 of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).

Financial Standing
CG Spectrum operates on a financial year from July to June.
The most recent independent financial audit was conducted in 2025 by Postan Miller & Associates, confirming CG Spectrum’s financial viability as an incorporated higher education provider.
Organisation
CG Spectrum is governed by the CG Spectrum Pty Ltd Board of Directors, which has delegated academic decision-making powers to the Academic Board.
The College is managed on a day-to-day basis by the Chief Executive Officer of CG Spectrum College Pty Ltd.
The Academic Leadership Team is led by the Academic Dean and the Head of Teaching and Learning, with academic departments and support areas reporting into this team.
