Mentor sessions must be purchased by December 31, 2022 and redeemed by June 30, 2023. Subject to mentor availability. In the event a mentor is not available, mentee will be matched with another mentor with similar experience and skill. Mentee is responsible for software, hardware, NDAs. This purchase is non-transferable and cannot be applied to any other product or service offering.
For packages of 1 hour or 3 hours, cancellations for a full refund will be accepted for any reason 24 hours prior to the start of the first session. For packages of 10 hours;
a) cancellations for a full refund will be accepted for any reason 24 hours prior to the start of the first session.
b) for cancellations after the start of the first session, a refund will be provided for sessions not used.
No refund shall be payable if:
a) you do not attend your mentor session(s) (or only attend in part); or
b) you do not use all or any part of your mentor session(s) by 30 June 2023.
To the extent permitted by law, CG Spectrum and its related bodies corporate shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage however caused arising out of, or in connection with, the mentor sessions.
